Our PTSA relies on strong member support to strengthen our school community and provide inclusive and enriching programs to our students. Through our fundraising efforts, we are able to pay for the famous Orca Garden program; provide the school with library books, art supplies, and school supplies; and support essential committees and events, such as Race Forum, the Inclusion Committee, Harvest Festival, Read-A-Thon, Holiday Bazaar, Spring Auction, and more!!
Member dues have gone up since last year. Out of the $20 dues, $3.50 goes to Seattle Council PTSA, $8 goes to WA State PTA, and $8.50 goes to Orca K-8 PTSA's membership fund. The membership fund is used to cover scholarship memberships, with any leftover funds incorporated into the general fund to support PTSA programs.
To become a member, fill in the Membership Form. You will be asked to pay your annual member dues of $20 at the end. To request a scholarship membership to cover the annual dues, please fill out this form instead: Scholarship Request
